they're light yet satisfying, with just the right amount of crunch - perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up, a pre- or mid-run snack, or simply when you're craving something a little different
makes six cubes
ingredients
35g tahini
30g rice malt syrup
1 tsp white miso paste
40g rice puffs
method
add the tahini, rice malt syrup, and miso to a small saucepan over low heat
stir until smooth and well combined
add the rice puffs and mix until fully coated
press the mixture into a lined container, smoothing the top evenly
let cool and set completely
cut into six cubes
store in an airtight container
